Acceptance

By using Roadworks services you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Behaviour

Abusive behaviour, cheating, or attempts to undermine community infrastructure can result in moderation actions including bans. The moderation team reserves the right to enforce rules and to share relevant ban reasons among admins.

Data Collection

We collect and store player statistics and identifiers necessary for the operation of the service, including Steam IDs, playtime, join counts, ban and warning history, and related gameplay statistics.

If you would like us to provide, export, or delete the personal data associated with your account, please contact the server admins and include your Steam ID or Discord ID so we can verify your request. Requests to access or remove personal data will be processed in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

User Content and Conduct

Users are responsible for any content they submit or display while using Roadworks. You must not post content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, or that infringes the rights of others. The administration may remove or restrict access to any content that violates the rules or these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

Abusive behaviour, cheating, exploiting, harassment, attempts to undermine community infrastructure, or any action intended to disrupt the service or other users is prohibited. Violations may result in moderation actions including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.

Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service, or to delete accounts, for violations of these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion. If an account is deleted by the user via the Profile page, most personal data will be removed, but moderation history (warnings and bans) may be retained to preserve moderation integrity.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Roadworks after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roadworks and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Account Deletion

Users can delete their account via the Profile page; deletion will remove most personal data but moderation history (warnings and bans) will be retained.
